General Terms & Conditions of Sale (GTCS).
1. Purpose
These General Terms & Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern sales made via the website www.laetitiaguyon.combetween the buyer and the artist Laëtitia Guyon. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these GTCS.
2. Products
The artworks offered for sale are original creations by the artist or limited edition prints. Each work is presented with a description and a price in euros including taxes. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Orders
The buyer selects the products they wish to purchase and validates the order after checking the information provided. The artist reserves the right to refuse any order in case of prior dispute.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (excluding delivery costs). The artist reserves the right to change prices at any time, but items will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
5. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of the order, by credit card or any other method offered on the site. The order is considered final once payment has been validated.
6. Delivery
Artworks are carefully packed in reinforced packaging (boxes or wooden crates depending on the format). Delivery times and costs are specified at the time of the order. The artist cannot be held liable for delays or damages caused by the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French law, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the artwork to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in the case of customized or commissioned works.
In case of withdrawal, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
8. Refunds
In case of withdrawal, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned artwork.
9. Personal Data
Data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These GTCS are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
